I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client violates these Terms of Service, behaves inappropriately, or repeatedly fails to communicate when necessary.

I may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version of the TOS agreed to at the time of purchase will apply to an active comission, meaning that if I change my policy while we are undergoing a commission, those previous rules will still apply until over.

Commissioning me does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Clients must provide accurate and sufficient information regarding their commission request. As an example, you cannot just simply ask for me to draw "something cute" or "my OC", you must give me image references or a recognised name that I would be able to research the appearance of manually.

If you want me to draw a character you have made that you have yet to create yourself, please describe them in depth. I also will charge 25-50% more due to me not only making the artwork but also designing you the character.

You may not use my artwork as a tool to train generative AI under any circumstances.

Usually, the finished product will be finished within 2 weeks after purchase.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). I can accept people who use other currency due to ko-fi handling conversion.

The final price will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment must be made through my ko-fi.

I will begin working on the piece and send you the sketch, where you can make up to two minor revisions if necessary and pay me then, after I've begun but before I've finished. This is to prevent scamming from either side.

I reserve the right to pause or delay work until the required payment has been received.

Any additional fees resulting from significant changes to the original request will be discussed with the original client before continuing.

The client may not request additional work beyond the agreed commission without paying the appropriate additional fee.

As I have stated previously, my prices are extremely flexible and will mostly be discussed with the client beforehand.

My listed prices represent the standard base price for each commission price.

Additional charges may apply for:

additional characters;

complex poses or perspective;

detailed backgrounds or environments;

particularly complex background designs;

significant changes requested after work has begun;

additional revisions;

rush commissions;

commercial usage.

Any additional harges will be discussed with the client before they are applies.

The general commission process is as follows:

The client submits a commission request and provides the necessary references and information.

I review the request and confirm whether I am able to accept it.

The final price and commission details are agreed upon.

I begin the sketch of the commission.

I provide the sketch to the client, in which they can make any revisions.

Payment will be provided.

I will continue my work on the commission, providing wokr-in-progress images if the client requests so.

Once the artwork has been completed and approved, the final file will be delivered.

I reserve the right to adjust this process when necessary.

Two (2) minor revisions are included free of charge,

Additional revisions may cost anywhere from 50p to £3.

A minor revision generally refers to a small adjustment, such as a minor colour correction or small detail that is easily changed.

Revisions should preferably be requested during the sketch or work-in-progress stage.

Once the artwork has reached an advanced or completed stage, major changes may not be possible without an additional charge.
